RE: Tearing down the layout at The RailYard

Ron,

26 x 40 would be 4 x 7 modules.  Check the inventory list on the web site.  If all the modules on the list are
in the trailer (or at The RailYard), we should have 9 ABCD, 4 ABCE, and 6 transition modules.
That is a total of 19 modules without the yard.  A 4 x 7 layout requires 22 modules.

Again, I can't emphasize enough that the Fat Controller for setup has to preplan the
layout based on the available space and modules.  With 19 modules, we could only
build a 3 x 6 layout (i.e. 21' x 33').  If you take the yard, that adds another 6 modules.

We still don't have a sufficient crew to set up the layout on Friday night.  Perhaps you should
poll the members to see if you get a better response for a Saturday morning set up.

My personal opinion is still that we should cancel this event due to lack of committed participation.
