Here is the 40th Edition of the Express.  This edition weighs in at a
whopping 8 pages!  I am very happy with the response I received from various
members in submitting articles.   Please keep them coming.  I know there are
some of you out there who have some ideas and I can always use more
articles.  I want to release another issue of the newsletter in December so
get cracking!

The last time I sent the newsletter out the e-mail list marked that there
was a potential virus threat.  I have taken every precaution possible to not
include a virus in this attachment.  I keep all my virus definitions up to
date and scanned the file before submitting.
