Club Fun Runs at Branch Creek

Hi all,

We have received some bad news.  Since Jim Smiley sold his house at Branch Creek
the management has informed us that we may no longer use the club house.

I updated the schedule to indicate that the April and December Fun Runs at Branch Creek
are cancelled.  We also no longer have a location for the Austin Model Railroad Jamboree
layout tour.

This means that our only option for a Fun Run in the April time frame is the
Modular Railroad Layout Festival being hosted by SANTRAK.  Please
indicate your level of participation ASAP so we can decide whether or not we
can participate in this event.
