Modular Railroad Layout Festival

We have been invited to participate in the Modular Railroad Layout Festival
being sponsored by SANTRAK.

The festival is on April 25th and 26th.  I created an event coordination document

containing all information I have about the event.

Here are the main details for you to consider:

     The event is at the SANTRAK facility in San Antonio.
     There will be no vendors - it is strictly a layout show.
     The facility is huge (40,500 sq. ft.)  We can set up any size layout we want.
     The facility is not air conditioned.  They don't expect this to be a problem in late April.
     We need to provide our own tables and chairs.

We need to know SOON whether or not we have enough member interest to
participate in this event.  Please read the event coordination document and
indicate your projected participation (yes or no) as soon as you can.  Please indicate
whether or not you can tow the trailer to the event and indicate in the notes section if
you can provide a table and/or chairs.

We have a Fun Run scheduled for April 11th at Branch Creek.  If we have enough people
for the Layout Festival we will cancel the Fun Run.  If you would like to do both runs,
please indicate this in the notes section.
