We typically don't use track 5 power, I think. I _think_ most folks
usually power their siding with main line power. And we can perhaps
mandate that for the EWG run.
For the roundhouse/tt modules, we also have a few options to avoid using
cab-1s.
1) The main line module has wiring to allow hooking the hole enchilada
up to track 4 power. We could do this with the understanding that any
engines on the TT or anywhere on the siding would be subject to track 4
power whims.
2) I could bring a plain ol' transformer with a throttle for these
modules. Most folks using them are running cmd control anyway, so all
that is needed is a way to power up the sidings...
