I talked with Paul Lawler from SAMRA this afternoon and received some 
additional information about the show.  I updated the event document with 
this information.

We now have a 40 x 40 area to work with and need to decide what our layout  
will look like by January 12.  SAMRA needs to give a final floor plan to the 
Convention Center Staff at that time.  So if we need to work on the corner 
modules will need to do it soon.  We'll also need to decide how many modules 
can go into the trailer and what additional scenery modules will be used.

Please update the event document with your information as soon as you can.  
Right now Ed is the only one signed up for the show so if no one else is 
going we'll let him decide how big of a layout he wants to set up.
