ON the old corners, the track 5 radius is  54" with a small tangent in the middle.  Engines requiring 72" will have trouble.  Track 4 is  about 64".
 
What do you mean by bad?  Bad gauge?, smashed?
 
There are two old corners that we have to use because the power connections are in them.

I've laid out the 120 curves and Ira's diagram will work.  Haven't cut the track yet.
