Czhilispiel

I have to give Tommy Shults a count of the number of members who will be attending the Czhilispiel
by September 30 so he can send us passes.

PLEASE update the event coordination document to indicate whether or not you plan to attend.
I will take the count from the document on Thursday and send it to Tommy.  If you don't sign up by
then you will have to pay to get into the festival.

The current plan is for either Adrian or Randall to tow the trailer down to Flatonia on Thursday
evening and for us to set up the layout on Friday evening.   If you are planning to help with set up
please tell me what time you can be available on Friday.  I am currently thinking of a 5:30 PM
set up.  Please let me know if you can be there earlier cannot be in Flatonia until a later time.
