Czhilispiel

Hi guys,

I created an Event Coordination document for the Czhilispiel in Flatonia on October 23 and 24.
Please indicate your projected participation on this document as soon as possible so we can
determine whether or not we have enough people to pariticipate in this event.

So far, I have seen e-mails indicating that Scott and Dwight can participate in setup and Scott
will probably tow the trailer.  I would like to gather all of this information in one place, so please
update the document.
