Well, it has happened.  David (my landlord) leased out the space where the layout is.  The new tenants plan to take possession next Wednesday, so our current timing is good.  At this point, though, there is not another space available.  There is one empty spot, but a conversation this afternoon has led him to believe that the prospects for that space is 99% ready to sign.  I will have to talk to him again on the 20th to see if the deal went through.  He said if it doesn't, then we can have that space....so we'll just have to wait and see.
