In general it takes us 2 hours to set up.  If we have more than 6 people
it takes less.  In order to have trains going by 10 then we would need to
start by 8.  Some scenery would still be left to do possibly.  This does
avoid a trip there since I think most of us are not spending the night. 
At an hour and a half from Austin, then we have to be on the road by 6:30
and a little longer for the trailer.    I can make this work for me but
being there by 6 is out of the question.  Being there by 8 is a
possibility.  Does make for a long day though.

My thoughts.
