bugs in the layout

Yesterday we experienced TMCC reception problems.  I think our command base
isn't getting a good signal to our outer rails.  I hooked up a direct link from
the command base to track 4 outer rail using allicator clips and the problem
went away. (this patch job is still in place)  I suggest we explore this before
our next run and ensure that the wire from the command base into the ground
wires is good...

Also my transformer for my siding modules is flakey.  It has an intermittent
short problem inside the transformer.  Please do NOT run it until I fix this.
I'll get a new transformer before our next get-together...
