First of all, the email I used for Doug last night is correct so we can
add him to the members list.  Welcome back Doug.  Good to see you and
your girls this week end.

The store location worked great.  Thanks Ira for all the work you put in
to get this coordinated.

Discussion this afternoon indicted that we should put a club schedule
together for gathering at the Railyard periodically from now until the
GATS show, assuming we get in.    that is Jan. 10-11.

We have a fun run scheduled for Dec. 5,6 and we will keep that date but
move the location to the Railyard instead of Branch Creek, assuming that
we will be able to stay there that long.  Discussion was about twice a
month, one on a Sunday and one on a Thurs.  Craig's store stay open on
Thurs.  Here are the dates I have picked for these get togethers.  Bring
your trains and meet with some of the club members.  At other times
individual members can contact Craig about getting into the layout, he is
the key keeper.  It would probably be best to keep these times to when
Craig is there or at least the store is open.

Thurs. Nov. 13, 6-9PM
Sunday Nov. 23, 3-6,7 PM
Fri. Dec. 5, 5-8PM
Sat. Dec. 5, 10 AM - 2PM
Thurs. Dec. 18th, 6-9PM
Thurs. Jan. 8, 6-9 PM for tear down to get ready for GATS.  Please plan
on attending this so we can tear down quicker than 1.5 hours.  

This is my first run at this so let me here comments.  Do you want more?
different hours?  You can always meet some members there but these are
time when more of us would plan on being there.

Third Item:  Club vests.  Several of you saw the vest style that I
brought to the run Sat. and Sun.  I think we will have them made of shirt
blue denim and orange on the other side.  I will get a patch sewed on the
orange side of the vest, left side.   

I have Adrian, Dwight, Ed and Bob M. down as interested in this item. 
Who else so I can get this started and maybe we can have them before
GATS.  I forgot top get the patches out of the trailer but can do that
next time after I get the number determined.  let me here from you.
