I will be out of town on November 13th.

For the other dates:

     Sunday November 23rd:  why start so late?  Why not schedule the run from 12-6 or 1-6 or something?  People
              can come anytime during the scheduled time
     Friday December 5th, Saturday December 6th:  we originally scheduled Friday for setup and Saturday
              for the run at BCE.  If you want to schedule a 2-day run, why not use Saturday and Sunday?  We
              had a LOT of people there this Saturday and Sunday afternoon, so those times can work for people.
     Thursday December 18th and Thursday January 8th:  Thursday evening is not my best time.  I volunteer
              at the Humane Society on Thursday afternoon, taking pictures of the new cats, then spend an hour or
              two at home editing the pictures and getting them ready to be published on the web site.  Depending
              on the number of new cats, I sometimes work right up to dinner time (6:00 PM), so I probably wouldn't
              be able to get up to Cedar Park until around 7:00 PM.  I would prefer any other night.

In general, I would prefer scheduling runs on Saturday or Sunday afternoons rather than ANY evening.

To tear down for GATS we could schedule a run for the previous weekend and finish up by tearing
the layout down and loading it into the trailer.

On a slightly different topic, I think we should move the trailer back to BCE until we are ready to tear it down.
Craig originally said we could park the trailer behind the store temporarily.  I suspect the store owners
are going to eventually complain that the trailer is staying there.
