Below you can see answers to some of the questions that the Board
has had regarding going to Flatonia in Oct. What I need now from all
members is a commitment as to whether you are planning on attending this
show. the Board has said that if we do not get enough for this show, we
will cancel and stay in Austin. This show has been good to us and the
Board wants us to go there. the show is October
24-26. We have been discussing whether we could have enough manpower to
set up on Fri. or come down early on Sat. to do it. i need to know if you
can be there Fri and if Sat. and Sun. I figure if we leave Austin around 6
we can be there around 7:30 and be set up by 10. Or some can start on Fri.
and some can come early on Sat. to finish.
Are we going???? When can you be there??? Everyone needs
to reply.

1. You can set up sat. morning, only if you can be up & running by 10:AM. 2. You may part trailers by building. To unload. May even be able leave them there. 3. The carnival will be re-located to the west end of site this year. 4. The gate next to civic will be for loading & such. 5.
