Tinplate and Czhilispeil

I've received an official invitation from Tommy Shults for Tinplate to return 
to Flatonia the last full weekend of October 2003.  That's October 24-26.  (I 
assume this is the Jamboree weekend.)

Same space, requesting 'L' shaped layout, $100 compensation, raffle is OK.

Tommy wants a 'written = email' response.  I told him I was forwarding the 
request to the board.  

Advise.

Well it`s that time again.  Will the O scale club come to czhilispeil this year.  Last full weekend in Oct. 2003?  We will pay the $100.00, plus you may raffle off items.  You would have your same space.  Would appreciate if you used the same layout as last year. Shape like am (L).  Thanks.

Needs to be in writing, that you will come.
