Schedule for GATS

Here's the latest schedule for us at the GAT Show this week-end.

Friday - Scott will be towing the trailer to Live Oak and plans on being 
there between 4:15 and 4:30.  Ira will be the fat controller for the set up 
and according to my notes, Adrian, Ron, Randall, Jim, and maybe Bob will be 
there sometime Friday to help set up the layout.  GATS will lock up the 
convention center at 9:00pm and hopefully we'll all be long gone by that 
time.  We may inventory the modules during this time also.

We are scheduled to have a 30'x34' area to set up our layout and bollards.  
We'll find out where our area is when we get there.  We ae also scheduled to 
have 4 tables and 15 passes for the club to use.

Saturday - The doors open at 7:00am for exhibitors and vendors to finish 
setting up their tables or layouts.  The show is open to the public from 
11:00am to 5pm and we'll be running trains during this time frame.  Bob will 
be the fat controller from 11am to 2pm and Steve will be the fat controller 
form 2pm to 5 pm.  Other members scheduled to attend are: Ira, Adrian, 
Sandy, Rick, and Ron.  In the maybe category are Randall, Ryan, Ed Jr. and 
Ed Sr.  GATS will want everyone to leave as soon as possible after 5pm.

Sunday - The doors open to exhibitors and vendors at 10:00am.  The doors are 
open to the public from 11am to 5pm and we'll be running trains during this 
time frame.  Scott will be fat controller from 11am to 2pm  and Jim will be 
fat controller from 2pm to 5pm.  Jim will be giving a command control demo 
at 12:30 and Scott will be giving a tune-up demo at 2:30.    Other members 
scheduled to attend are: Ira, Ed, Adrian, Bob, and Rick.  In the maybe 
category are Randall, Ryan, Ed Sr. and Ricky.  We'll pack up and move out at 
5:00pm.

Either, Randall, Ed, or Scott will tow the trailer back to Austin.

This should be a good show to have some fun running trains and maybe find 
something good to buy.  Hope to see y'all this week-end.
