I have an update,
 Randall & Ryan are planning to be there Friday but I may not leave 
Austin till 6:45 (I'm Still working on earlier) and can stay till 9pm if 
needed.

Saturday is Randall only from ?setup till 1pm.  (I have to leave S.A. 
for Austin no later than 1pm (pref, 12:45) I'm a head coach for a 
BaseBall team & 2pm is our "Batting cage" time slot & "Field 
time".  As BaseBall  finishes up at 4pm it would be useless to 
return to S.A. Saturday)

  Sunday is both Randall & Ryan "basically all day" Including 
"strike" & I can still tow the trailer back if you need me to.
