We are now three weeks away from our live steam up in San Antonio. I am
writing to all those on my list who are not club members, are from out of town
or are known to operate live steam or have contact with the live steam
community.
I am not looking for commitment but would like to get an idea of how
many of you we will have the weekend of May 5-6. We have three elevated
steam tracks and two short ground tracks perfect for Ruby type
engines.
I need to arrange worktables and chairs to work on and we will be
throwing a good ol’ San Antonio BBQ on the grounds on Saturday night that is
free to participants if we know you’re coming .
If you would distribute this to your contacts who might be interested and
give me some feedback on what to expect that weekend I would appreciate
it.
