AMRE 10/5 & 10/6, 2012

We are confirmed for this year's AMRE and they are changing the show's 
name to : The San Antonio Train Show presented by AMRE (Alamo Model 
Railroad Engineers) Our fee will be $200 this year and Union Pacific 
will be a cosponsor with a rep there both days to answer questions on 
their road. They are doing more promotion and we should see improvement 
in their show. Additionally, they are moving the reception Saturday from 
the Museum to Live Oak Center to have better participation by the 
exhibitors and vendors. The Saturday show will close at 4:00 and food 
and beverages served at 4:30. Things seem to be improving with the new 
leadership and they wanted to make sure we would attend in their words " 
Because we attract so much attention. " We will have the same space as 
in past years and I will create an event document in June. Let me know
