Adrian is delivering his layout to
Deep Eddy Carpet Cleaning on Burnet Lane Monday AM. Ronnie Herrington has a F-150 and his business
isn't to far out of the way for Adrian. Ronnie will bring layout to
the church on Tues and store and/or deliver it to Adrian after Tues.
Thanks to both for their help. (Did learn from Adrian that it would not
have fit in Explorer).
There is room for both floor and
table layouts. Coordination document has been updated with parking
and drop off info. We could use a couple more trains and some
accessories....buildings, cars, people, crossing gates, etc.
Thanks.
Just
let me know if you decide to use my layout. It doesn?t fold up so it may be
easier transport the other layout. I work downtown and could meet there during
the day to transfer the layout or meet most evenings. Layout has screw-on legs
or can be placed on the floor. It also has a 1.8Amp accessory transformer that
can handle the smaller starter set style trains but I also have a brick with cab
1 and TPC300 that can be used if desired. Adrian From:

Message----- The
club will be running trains on Tuesday August 14 from 9:00 am to about 12 noon
at the Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church located at 7127 Bee Caves Road.
This will be for a non profit group that provides free day care to people with
Alzheimers Disease. There is an Event Coordination Document on the Web
page. Please go to the web page and sign up if you can help with this
event. Mike and/or Adrian, can you make your small layouts available and
how can we get them to bring to the event? Unless of course, you will be
participating and can bring them. Let us know via the coordination
document. Thanks, David |
