Don, See the attached drawing. You would need a relay to do
what you are trying to do. The relay delaying the switching of the 2nd
switch until the train has cleared it. Be sure to see the 2nd
page for a description and drawing of an NC relay. The only caveat I see is that I don’t know if an 1122
only sends a switch signal for an instant, or whether it continuously tries to
switch when a train is running over it. This will work if it sends a
continuous signal, but will not is the signal is for only an instant. -Mike |
