TTAT Event Coordination Documents
Hi,
I would like to clarify the use of some of the fields in the event coordination document.
There are two sections on the event coordination document for you to add comments.
The section labeled List any special modules you will bring: is intended for you to
list any mainline and/or scenery modules you will bring to the event. I use this
section when designing the layout, so I would appreciate it if you would only list
modules or scenery in this section. The more information you can give me the better
I can design the layout to accomodate your modules.
The section labeled Other notes: is intended for you to add any other notes about
the event. For example, if you are bringing cleaning supplies or some special train
that you want everyone to know about, this is the section to use. It is very useful
to know what people are bringing.
If you can't participate in an event, it is not necessary to put an explanation in the
Other notes: section. It is sufficient to click on the No button in the
Will you attend this event? box.
If you want to revise the information you provided (for example, if your plans change),
you can follow this procedure:
- Click on the Participate button on the event coordination document.
- Select your name from the Member's name list.
- Click on the Retrieve button. The form will be filled in with the information you
previously entered for the event.
- Revise the data and click on the Enter button.
