Taring Down the Layout This Saturday

Hi,

We left our layout set up downtown after the Austin Model Railroad Jamboree layout tour and
have to tear it down and pack it into the trailer. The tear down is scheduled for this
coming Saturday, October 30, 2010, at Noon.

Please go to the event coordination document for the layout tour
(http://aoot.com/ttat/private/display_event_data.cgi?fileName=TTAT_2010-2) and
ensure that your participation data for tear down reflects your current plans.

To update your data, open the document, click the Participate button,
select your name and click the Retrieve button. You may then make any
necessary changes and click the Enter button. If the current data is correct,
just click the Cancel button.

Anybody who has scenery on the layout can retrieve their modules any time this week or wait
until Saturday when we are dismantling the layout. You can get into the store at any time since
the key is kept in the lock box (which has the same combination as the locks on the trailer).
