It seemed like I had a few issues while using the layout at my house during
the meeting. For those interested here is my explanation.
Apparent cross wire between tracks 2 and 3. The track 3 ground wire
from the ZW had come undone so when I also unplugged the power from track 2 that
was on the same ZW, it turned off track 3. Reconnect wire and all is
fine.
Loss of power on track 2. While I was out of the room the fuse did
blow. I am working on getting circuit breakers installed to avoid in
future.
Burning in engine. Still not sure this was the engine. I think
it was a switch top very near the center of the layout so the burning smell went
everywhere. I will switch all switch bulbs to 24 volt to hope
it saves the tops.
After charging up the Proto one engines a little more, they both work fine
now. I also have a borrowed TPC on track one now so better working with
MTH engines.
Bring some stuff to run on the work day. I hope to have the big yard
powered up by then.
