     I have a conventional steamer and some post-war cars.  If I could run them for a few minutes on a larger layout, that would be interesting.  I was thinking of bringing my 7 year old grandson.  Would that be permissable?  I'd need directions to your place as I've never been there.  Thanks.  Don Newman

Hi Trackers,

 

I'm pleased to announce that the Saturday, 24 July Fun Run is ON!! 

 

Hours are now Noon to 6 pm.  (They were previously 10 am to 6 pm). The slightly reduced hours are base on projected participation.

 

Thanks to those of you who have already signed up -- AND -- to those of you who took the time to tell me you can't make it.  Both inputs helped me with planning.

 

Now that we know we're in business, if any of the rest of you find out you can make it at the last minute, please join us.

 

Stay as short or long a period as you wish.  Bring trains, watch others run them or run mine.

 

No need to let me now in advance.  But, a heads up is always appreciated.  Email me or call me at 512-663-4599.

 

Oh, and with a smaller group we WILL be able to set aside more time to run Conventional engines.
