Before I can commit us to attend this show I need some strong response that we would be able to man the layout on Fri. Aug. 6.
I am assuming we would set up Thurs. night after work but need at least two with two trains each to man the layout on Fri. Preferably more.
I will plan on taking ht Day off if we get other support and commitment to be there. I have not put this on the coordination document because we are not confirmed yet as I have not replied to them without knowing that we could show well.
Let me know by reply email if you can attend Fri. I need to know real soon .
