Annual Meeting

Our Annual meeting is coming up Sept. 13, so please plan to attend. 
Please indicate your attendance in the event coordination document.  In
addition to looking forward through the next year's events we will also
hold an election for one position on the Club Board.  Members serve for 3
years.  There are 5 board members.  They make the decisions about events
and expenditures of the club.  

Nominations or volunteers for the position are open now.  Please let me
know if you are interested in a position.  

We will allow email ballots for those that do not attend the meeting so
we can get the greatest voter turnout.
