Annual Meeting

I know that Steve Rorer invited us to his house for our annual meeting
but think that a location in Austin would be better for most members. 
So, not hearing other offers, I will host the club annual meeting again
at my house Sept. 13.  This is a Sunday to not be in the middle of the
week end.  This is the weekend after Labor day and the weekend before the
Temple train Show.  

Everyone is invited to attend this meeting.  We will discus the direction
of the club, the shows to participate in, the possible layout
improvements, election and most anything else that come up.  

I am thinking we should meet at 6 PM, plan to eat at 6:30 or so and then
meeting at 7:30 to 8:30.  I will provide some meat and paper goods.  If
everyone else brought a dish or desert to share, we could have quite a
spread.  Spouses are welcome.

I will fill out a coordination document for all to use to sign up so we
know what is coming and whom.  

I would be interested in hearing from anyone interested in serving on the
board.  We have been meeting once a month to keep this moving forward for
the club.
