I'll help as long as we call it the "Geezer Gate".  That is a term I've heard some of the other clubs use.

"We do have an operating lift bridge section though.  It is suprisingly portable and works well.  The wiring is connected to the lift section through the hinge sid e and the wiring bus runs under a padded step.  I'll be doing some detailed photographs of the module within the month, so I'll send you some photos of how it was done!  "
