TTAT Fun Run on April 11, 2009

Hi Guys,

We need an event coordinator for the Fun Run scheduled for April 11, 2009
at the Branch Creek clubhouse.

This is a simple job.  The clubhouse is already reserved, and there is nothing
to negotiate with them.

We need the event coordinator to:

1. Create an Event Coordination document on the club web site (go to the
    Members Area, click on "Create an Event Coordination Document", and
    fill in the blanks).

2. Ask the members to sign up for the event and get someone to tow the trailer
    from Cedar Park to Branch Creek and back.

3. Pick up the key (or arrange for someone else to pick up the key) at
    Branch Creek on Friday and arrange to return the key on Monday.

4. Schedule the set up.  We have the north clubhouse reserved for April 10 and 11,
    so we can set up on Friday evening or Saturday morning.  We can schedule any
    times we want for set up and for the fun run.  I would suggest setting up on
    Friday evening (whenever you can get someone to tow the trailer to BCE -
    make a guess) and have the fun run from around 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on
    Saturday.  That gives us an hour to tear down (from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM) so
    people can get home for dinner.  The times are really up to you.

The area available for the layout is about 34' x 34'.  I can design the layout.

You don't have to be present at the Fun Run to be the event coordinator.  You just
have to arrange for everything to happen.
