Raffle: SAMRA Model Railroad Jamboree

John,

I picked up the starter set last weekend for the club to raffle.  It looks
like new.  

The show doc for this weekend shows no selling or raffle, but I wanted to
clarify whether or not they said absolutely not for a raffle or whether we
can request permission.  

The reason I ask is that I was under the impression that the SAMRA show was
one of the largest last year, and it would be best to raffle things at these
large events.
