Re: Model Train Question

Try Bruce Koehler (Dr.) in the Temple Train Club (Centra-Mod). He and his dad collect Marklin. He bought some from me a few years back. His phone number is 1-254-933-2536.

I used to dabble in Maerklin about 25 years ago. I never learned what was considered valuable and what was a dog on the market, except that it was good if everything was blemish-free, had all the original parts, and was in the original boxes and better yet if it had never been touched by human hands. That's not enough to give anyone a handle on that set's value.

Unfortunately, there isn't a store in Greater Austin that deals with them. Maybe San Antonio?
