I know that commuter trains are passenger
trains. “add to the schedule”, meaning fit them between the
freight rather than passenger only. From what I heard at a meeting a few weeks
ago, there is quite a bit of resistance to the idea of moving the freight line

passengers to support that. Even Amtrak only runs one train per day in
each direction. More likely is that CoA will add commuter trains to the
