Thanks for the suggestion about CompuSigns.

We briefly discussed, and rejected, the idea for an annual assessment, since it IS unfair
to the members who paid for lifetime membership.

We discussed the possibility of a special assessment, which is allowed in the Bylaws.
This would be a one-time assessment for all members (regular or lifetime) to raise
funds for a specific need.  It is NOT another form of annual dues.

I don't want to start another public discussion about the MTH DCS system.  We go through
this periodically, and the recent arguments pro and con are the same as in previous
discussions.  Currently, the MTH TIU is connected to tracks 2 and 3 and is available for
anyone who wants to run ProtoSound 2.0 engines.  It may not be as reliable as TMCC
(which also stops working at times), but it does work.
