IMPORTANT: July Fun Run Coordinator needed

All,

 

We need a volunteer to be the coordinator for the upcoming Fun Run July 21 & 22.  This is an easy event to coordinate and would be great for a first timer to get their feet wet.

 

Please respond to me be this Friday, June 30, if you volunteer.  (I will have to resort to more heavy handed tactics if we don't get a volunteer by then .)

 

Responsibilities include:

- Getting a participation page started - very easy and Ira and I can help you

- Arranging the logistics - making sure we have someone to tow the trailer and arranging setup and teardown times

 

Again, this is an easy event to coordinate.  We have used the clubhouse at BCE many times over the years and it is almost second nature to most of us who have been around a few years.
