SAMRA
Hello guys,
We are past the point of no return so we should do the show.
Every show should have a FAT Controller for Set-up who designs the
layout and since the layout is currently out of the trailer and set-up
picking which modules to use and take should be easy.
Unless we agreed to it with SAMRA, we don't have to do the exact
layout every time.
If there are only a few members that can help set-up I recommend
starting Friday so we can finish Saturday morning if needed.
Having experienced it on multiple occasions I can't stress enough how
important it is to only take what is needed in the trailer and to keep
it as light as possible. When the trailer goes wrong it does so in an
instant and in a big way. I recommend going very slow through the
construction in New Braunfels. (no shoulder and high walls) We
haven't figured out that magic weight yet but below it you can pull
the trailer 75mph all day long, but if you are over the weight it is
best to go slow.
Unfortunately I will be out of town that weekend so I will not make it
to the show. Yall have fun for me. Oh, and if someone takes digital
pictures please send a copy to me so I can put them up on the web
site.
Yall are welcome to take the oil field modules to the show if you want
to, just please bring them back. ;-)
