RE: Tearing down the layout at The RailYard

Yes,  I'll tow.  I will be attending on Sunday as well as I indicated in the participation document.

Since I haven't heard from any board member or anyone who signed up for the
SAMRA show I'm going to assume that the club still plans on going to San
Antonio on Janurary 28-29. If that's the case I'll start putting together a
final list.

Saturday, January 21, 2006 at 3PM. Teardown of the current layout at the
Rail Yard and load whatever is needed for the show into the trailer. Since
member participation is at a minimum, I would suggest taking only enough for
a basic layout. I wouldn't mess with the trolley line, yard, and go with
just a square or rectangle layout.

Friday, January 27: Towing the trailer to SAMRA and setup. Steve Rorer and
Ed have indicated that they can tow the trailer to and/or from SAMRA. I'll
let you two work it out as to who wants to tow it to SAMRA and when.
Russell will be FAT Controller for the setup.

Saturday, January 28: Steve Rorer will be FAT Controller but with only 5
members scheduled to attend there shouldn't be a lot to do.

Sunday, January 29: Rick and Ricky will be the FAT Controllers and once
again I'll let it up to Ed and Steve to decide who will tow the trailer back
to Austin.
