Re: Tearing down the layout at The RailYard



Ron,

I had the same lack of response problem, even from board members, at HOTGG.
It's the primary reason I backed off from continuing as President.  Many
want to participate in events if it fits their schedule at the time but are
unwilling to commit to making things happen in advance.  

In bigger clubs this may not be as much of a problem cause there are enough
doers to get things done.  In small clubs it seems to come down to one, two
or three and that's way to much of a burden.  Unless members do there part
and step up to the plate, the club can just become an after thought or
worst yet, die.

Maybe I'm out of place spouting off since I'm virtually an inactive TTAT
member.  If so there is always the delete key.
