Re: Potential Event for TTAT - November 13, 2004

Scott, I tried to get most of the answers in my first message.

Layout will be on second floor lobby near IMAX... that is the same floor as
the loading dock in the rear. They have carts, power, bollards and people
to walk the line. They even have risers if you want them to make it easier
for kids to see. The outside trailer parking is just for storage during
the event...apparently we can't leave the trailer at the loading dock.
Originally they had 50 x 15 feet for both layouts. Now that they have
moved the other two make and take events out of the same area, there is
more space but I don't know dimensions. I will tomorrow. Plus the viewer
locations.

I would suggest two separate layout spaces next to each other for HOT and
TTAT. HOT's plan aren't firm yet. They have enough volunteers to setup &
run but are missing one technical type for electrical (transformer/power)
emergencies. Randall is tentative for both groups. If he is a go, I'm
sure HOT can do it. Randall or similar type doesn't need to be a HOT all
the time but I need someone similar around....e.g. Bob Miller.
