Steve,

In the past we have scheduled the annual club meeting for 6:00 PM so we can get together and have
dinner before the meeting.  The business part of the meeting starts whenever we finish dinner,
usually about 6:30 PM or 7:00 PM.

Please clarify the time for the meeting.
