annual club meeting - sep 15 7pm

Members,

Our annual club meeting will be held wednesday september 15th at the Luby's
on steck and mopac at 7pm.  This year two directorship board positions are
up for election replacing  Scott and Ira.  MANY MANY thanks to Scott and Ira
for their very active roles in our club.  I hope they will remain as active
as when they were on the board (I'm sure they will!).

I solicited the club for volunteers to fill these two positions.  Two
members volunteered:

Ed Weltens
Mike Pauwels

We will officially vote on this at the meeting, so come on by if you can
make it.  There is a coordination document on our members web site where you
can indicate your ability to attend this meeting.  Feel free to update that
document on-line so we'll have an idea who will attend.

Also, if _anyone_ else wishes to be added to the ballot, please let me know
asap.  Note:  If you sent me email already indicating you wish to be on the
ballot and you're not listed above, please resend me something.  My spam
filter has been overly active lately and I might have missed your email.  So
if you wish to be considered, please contact me asap.
