Fun Runs

Hello all,  sorry I missed the run today.  How did it go?  

Just a reminder, we are still looking for coordinators for the next few fun runs.  The dates are August 21(that's this coming weekend), August 28, and September 4.  

If you have never been an event coordinator this is your chance.  These fun runs are really easy to coordinate because there is no trailer tow, setup, or teardown to manage.   All you have to do is get the key from the Collectible Caboose which is in the same complex and open up the layout.  Then have fun running trains and lock up the layout after the fun run.  It's even in town.  

Other Upcoming events:

Don't forget to mark your calendar for the Annual club meeting on September 15.  This is an important meeting as we will hold club elections and then have an open round table discussion about what we as a club want to do next year.  

Also, be sure to visit the club coordination documents on the club web site and indicate if you will be able to join us at the upcoming Temple and Flatonia events.  The Board and the Event Coordinator use the coordination document to tell if we have enough particiaption to do an event so it is important.  If you can't use the coordination document just let us know to fill it out for you by E-mailing us at ttat-board@aoot.com.
