I was at the Railyard on Sat. at 4:00 PM.  The layout had not been opened yet.  I went over to Craig's and we talked for a little while.  I ordered some K-line track to rebuild a transition module and 8 pieces of bridge track.  

Craig mentioned that his business improved while we were set up last time.  So, I think we should make every effort to be open on Saturdays as long as we are set up there.  We need to have at least one person commit to each Sat. or more to split up the day.  I would go for 10:00 to 5:00 but 12:00 to 5:00 is good.  Signs would be helpful, too.  Maybe even shoot for some TV coverage, as well.
