RE: Fun run at The Railyard

Ira,

I won't be able to make it Saturday either but I wanted to let everyone know 
that we did set up the layout last night at the Railyard Shopping Center and 
ran a couple of trains around the layout to make sure everything was 
working.  So everything should be ready to go for this week-end if anyone is 
interested in running some trains.

This is a good opportunity for the club members to run trains just about any 
time they feel like it so I hope everyone takes advantage of it.  Ithink we 
should set up a regular run time each week so we could invite any friends, 
relatives, or other train enthusiasts to attend on any Saturday.  It would 
also make it easier for the members to set a time up on their schedule for 
trains.

If we set up a regular schedule I think we should divide the responsibility 
of having someone at the layout each week among all of the members.  This 
would give everyone an opportunity to help out the club and not put all of 
the responsibility on a couple of members.
