Sounds like we have enough folks to help out:  Ira, Ron, Mike, and Bob have all
express interested in attending the event.  Also Ronnie from HOT.  I could also
help with setup/teardown and I have a truck.   Shall we go ahead and nail the
date?  How about Tuesday May 18th?
