RE: Fw: [SPAM] The Gathering
If need be, I can most likely load the 4x8 layout in the back of my
Excursion, depending on the vertical clearance required. I can easily
carry a sheet of plywood flat in the back of my truck, so I'm not
worried about length or width, just height (less than 2'). Let me know
if you want to use my truck to transport there or back.

I got a call from Ronnie Herrington today...his wife is active in The
Gathering...she took a bunch of PICS last year. Ronnie is a HOT member
and indicated he will help in the daytime. Also there are two other
retired HOT guys that have O trains though they are in the closet. I
think at least one may be willing to help during the day however, I have
not asked them subject to what we decide to do.
