   I read the exchange here and think that you all got it straight.  WE
did not charge them full fare but something.  

If we want to have it up before they start then that means 8:30 AM and
down after they are done that is after 1:30 from her message.  It might
be easier to do evenings for set up and take down.   I might be able to
help evenings but not day time.  I think that my Dad will be gone so not
available.
