This is a daytime event, and I probably cannot make it. Ira said he could.
Who else will volunteer to run this event? Ira, what dates are good for you?

Steve,
Thank you for getting back to me so soon. The best dates for us would be May 4
or May 18, or June 1, or June 15. We meet from 9:30-1:30 every Tuesday. The
best time would be any time from 10:00-11:30. Their attention span isn't very
long, so a 10 minute presentation would probably be enough. They would enjoy
looking at the trains running, but probably couldn't listen to any more than a
10 minute lecture with a time for questions afterwards. Last time one of our
volunteers asked them to reminisce about their experiences on trains when they
were younger, and they enjoyed that as well. If those dates do not work, I'll
come up with some additional ones. Thank you! Debbie Wilder

Hello Debbie!
My name is Steve Wise, I'm on the board of directors for the Tinplate Trackers
club. I'll email our membership and see if there is interest. My guess is
yes, but we have to work out the schedule.
Do you all have any scheduling constraints for this?
I will get back to you soon...
Thanks,
Steve Wise

A group from your club came to "The Gathering" (a respite program for people
with Alzheimer's disease) last year. Our group enjoyed them so much, and I was
wondering if we could schedule something again. We are certainly willing to pay
for your time. Thank you so much, Debbie Wilder (328-3905 or reply to this
email).
