GATS Setup on Friday

I'll have the trailer there no later than 4:30.  I am targeting 4:00.

 

If you know of any traffic issues I might face let me know.  Have they finished the construction on Barton Springs?

 

I called the Palmer Events Center for specific information about our setup location and access to doors, etc.  They told me there was a small  loading area on the South side of the building off of Barton Springs Road.  They ask that only one vehicle per group use this area.  I will pull the trailer in there.

 

Parking other than unloading will have to be elsewhere, they suggested the garage.
